How fast is delivery?

Your first cut lands within 24 hours of your order. Tweaks are usually turned around the same day. Orders placed over a weekend are delivered within 24 hours of Monday morning unless you ask for a rush.

What do I need to send you?

Your logo, your brand colours if you have them, and the photos and details for the listing or vacancy. The order form walks you through it in about four minutes. If you only have a link to the listing, that works too.

What formats do I get?

A vertical 9:16 MP4 for Instagram Reels, TikTok and Facebook Stories, plus a square 1:1 version for feeds. Other sizes on request at no extra charge.

What if I don't like it?

Two rounds of changes are included in the price, and most videos are signed off after the first. Tell us what's not working and we'll fix it.

Who owns the video?

You do. Post it anywhere, as often as you like. We may show it in our examples unless you ask us not to.

Do you do monthly packages?
