What we collect

When you order, we collect your name, email address, business name, the brief you write, and the files you upload (logo, photos, brand assets). Stripe collects your payment details; we never see your card number.

Why

To make your video, send it to you, and answer your emails about it. That's it. We don't sell your details or add you to a mailing list.

Where it's stored

Uploaded files are stored with Vercel (our hosting provider) and order emails are sent through Resend. Both process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. Files are deleted 90 days after your order is complete unless you ask us to keep them for future videos.

Cookies and analytics

The site sets no tracking cookies. We detect your country from your connection so we can show prices in pounds or dollars; that isn't stored.

Your rights

Email hello@listedmotion.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We'll reply within a few working days.
